Switched from a trowel to a margin trowel for buttering bricks and my wrist stopped hurting

Used to use a standard 10-inch trowel for every brick for years and after a 200-brick day last summer in Austin my wrist was shot, but now I use a 5-inch margin trowel for the buttering step and saved my joints, anyone else found a small tool swap that made a big difference?

Margin trowel is the move. Swapped my 10 inch for a 6 inch on buttering and it saved my elbow. Makes the motion way shorter so you don't torque your wrist as much. Small change big payoff.

Big facts. Switched to a 6 inch last year and never looked back.
