Saw a crew repointing a 1900s school in Providence and they were using a mortar mixer I'd never seen
Walked past the old Elmwood school on my lunch break and watched these guys for 20 minutes. They had a paddle mixer hooked to a cordless drill doing small batches instead of a barrel mixer, said it gives them better control on soft historic brick. Is that a New England thing or are people doing this everywhere now?
