Vent: dropped $85 on a drum roaster thermometer and it finally fixed my scorched batches
My old probe was reading 40 degrees off, which explains why my Kenya AA kept tasting like ash on the second crack. Anyone else find a cheap gadget that fixed a problem you blamed your own technique for?
