Update: I was pouring water way too fast for 8 months and a $12 gooseneck kettle showed me
I brew pour over every morning with a cheap kettle and always wondered why my cups tasted thin and sour even when I weighed everything, then last week my buddy in Austin watched me pour and said I was basically dumping the water in, flooding the bed in like 15 seconds. I grabbed a $12 gooseneck off the shelf at the grocery store and slowed my pour to about 45 seconds total, and my cups went from watery to sweet overnight. Anyone else have a small gear change that made you realize you were messing up a basic step for months?
