Stop weighing your green beans on a $12 kitchen scale, mine drifted 4 grams and wrecked a whole roast
I used to eyeball my green coffee on a cheap $12 scale from the grocery store until one batch came out baked and sour, so now I check every dose on a $45 0.1g scale and my roasts finally taste the same twice in a row, has anyone else caught their old scale drifting after a year of daily use?
