My tap water was ruining every batch for 8 months
Finally figured out my city's water in Fresno was too hard, my brew always tasted flat no matter the beans. Grabbed a cheap TDS meter for 12 bucks and now I cut my tap water with filtered stuff, 50/50. Anyone else check their water hardness before blaming their roast?
