Had my best roast day ever last Saturday after switching from a cast iron pan to a flour sifter over a camp stove.
I went through 4 pounds of green beans in 3 hours and every single batch came out even and hit first crack within 30 seconds of each other, has anyone else tried the flour sifter method yet?

Flour sifter is a game changer. Way better airflow than a pan.

@mason847 Actually it's a flour sifter, not sifter. Just the one 'f'.

Hmm, I see what you're saying about the spelling, but I kind of disagree about the airflow part, @mason847. Idk, maybe it's just me but I've always found a regular sifter works just fine for me. I mean, a flour sifter is great and all, but I don't think it's that much better than a plain old sifter for most people. The one 'f' thing is probably just a typo imo.
