Killed my peace lily with too much love and had to start over
I was watering my peace lily every single day because I thought it was thirsty. Last month I noticed the leaves all turning yellow and droopy at the kitchen window. My neighbor came over and told me I was drowning it, that they only need water once a week. I repotted it with dry soil and now only water it every Sunday and it has three new leaves coming in. Has anyone else killed a plant by being too nice to it?

Read something about people putting ice cubes in their pots. That's a new one to me.
