See this all the time with people trying to fix their sleep. They read about blue light, so they buy special glasses, download five apps, and get a sunrise alarm clock, but they're still on their phone in bed for two hours stressing about not sleeping. The fix becomes the problem. Same with dieting, tracking every single calorie until the app makes you crazy. Overthinking the solution just kills the thing you were trying to help.

Lmao yeah it's wild. People turn sleep into a whole science project like they're prepping for a NASA mission. Meanwhile they're sitting in a blue light filter mode at 11pm reading articles about why blue light is bad. The irony is painful. I know someone who spent 200 bucks on a smart sunrise lamp and now they just complain that it doesn't dim fast enough while they scroll TikTok. Sometimes the real fix is just putting the damn phone down and letting your brain chill without all the gear.
