Was super skeptical about using PVA glue for bookbinding, now I get it

I've been using wheat paste for years because that's what my old teacher showed me. Last month I tried a batch of Lineco PVA on a project and the spines came out way cleaner with no warping. The drying time is so much faster too. Has anyone else switched from paste to PVA and noticed a big difference?

Used to swear by wheat paste but PVA won me over on my last three books.
