Update: My home bookbinding spot is a clutter fight
I'm fixing up some novels on my kitchen table and it's always messy. Half my friends say to buy closed cabinets to hide the mess, but the other half says open bins let you grab tools fast. How do you choose between hiding your stuff or keeping it out for a home bindery?

Why not try what michael_bennett11 said?

Hey, why not mix both methods? Keep closed cabinets for stuff you rarely use, and open bins for tools you grab all the time. You get a tidy space that still works fast.

Ever try that split approach yourself? I did something like Michael's idea in my own shed, and having the daily tools right out in the open saved me a ton of time. David_foster25 is right to point it out, because that mix really is the best of both worlds.
