Spent $140 on a lying press, it threw my spine out
Wanted to upgrade from my basic finishing press so I grabbed a proper lying press at a used tool sale in Cleveland. Took it home, clamped a big text block in there, and the damn thing weighed so much I pulled something in my lower back trying to move it around. Ended up making a little cart with locking wheels for $25 worth of casters and plywood. Now it works great but I still laugh every time I use it. Anyone else buy a tool that ended up needing its own furniture?
