Warning: I dropped $200 on a custom foam insert for my Gloomhaven box
It seemed like a great way to save setup time, but the foam actually made it harder to pull out the map tiles and character boxes. I spent more time fighting the foam than playing. Has anyone found a better storage fix that doesn't cost a fortune?

Absolutely! It's funny how one small change in your routine can free up hours in the week. I found that once I got past the initial setup, the time savings just kept adding up. It really makes you look for other little inefficiencies you can fix.
