Unpopular opinion: "quick" solo games still take me way too long to set up

I tried playing "One Deck Galaxy" last night because everyone says it plays in 40 minutes. Well I spent 15 minutes just sorting tokens. Then another 10 trying to remember which rulebook page explained the anomaly cards. The game itself was fun once I started, but I bet the total time from box opening to first actual move was 25 minutes. Is that worth it for a "quick" game? Has anyone else had this problem with so-called fast solo games?

Being prepared is part of the game, not setup time.
