Took me 4 hours to figure out why my Settlers of Catan board was falling apart
I spent a whole Sunday afternoon trying to fix a wobbly Catan hex tile that kept popping up during games. Turns out the cardboard core was just swollen from humidity, not a manufacturing defect lol. Has anyone else dealt with misshapen boards ruining your game night?

Think you're mixing up the pieces. The hex tiles are hollow plastic, not cardboard. The frame pieces have the cardboard core. Humidity could still warp the frame though.

Frame edges can swell too not just warp.
