Shoutout to the guy at my Tuesday Meetup who pointed out my teach was too long
I used to start every game night with a full rules rundown, and our Meetup group in Dayton usually had 7 or 8 people sitting there for 20 minutes while I talked. A regular named Dave pulled me aside after I taught Wingspan and said I lost half the table around the third minute, so now I do a 5 minute version and teach the rest as we play. Has anyone else had to cut their teach down, and what do you leave out first?

My buddy Mike in Columbus dropped setup and end game scoring, just teaches turns now.
