Honestly, dropping $200 on a custom foam insert for my Gloomhaven box felt like a total waste at first.
Everyone in my group said it was a must-have to save setup time. Tbh, after using it for three months, I think it actually makes things slower. You have to be so careful putting every little token back in its perfect slot after a session, and it adds like 10 extra minutes to cleanup. The base game's plastic bags were way faster to just toss stuff into. Now I'm stuck with this fancy foam block taking up space. Has anyone else found that the 'organizer' hype for big games isn't always worth it?

Actually @tyler492, I think you might be mixing up the tokens with the miniatures. I put the tokens back in their slots, but the miniatures I just toss in a bag.
