Warning: Blew through 3 seasons of The Expanse in 4 days and regret nothing
Started watching The Expanse last Friday night after a buddy kept pushing me to try it. By Monday morning I had finished season 3 and barely slept or ate the whole weekend. What got me was how the politics in space actually made sense and the characters felt like real people. Has anyone else found a show that hooked them so fast you forgot to eat?

3 seasons in 4 days is crazy but I get it. The first time I saw the scene where the Cant gets destroyed I was just sitting there with my mouth hanging open. That was the moment I knew I was in for a ride. The way they handle the whole political mess between Earth, Mars, and the Belt feels way too real. I actually forgot to eat dinner one night because I was so wrapped up in trying to figure out who was gonna betray who next. That show does not mess around with its pacing.

That Cant scene hits hard because it sets the stakes so fast. Makes you wonder though - did the political stuff between Mars and Earth feel more real to you than most shows because of how they show the personal grudges, or was it the way the factions just keep lying to each other that got you? Because the moment when Fred Johnson turns out to have his own agenda after helping Holden, that felt like the realest betrayal to me. How the system uses people like puppets and nobody's hands are clean. Which betrayal in those first three seasons made you put down your fork first?
