Tried to binge watch a whole season in one sitting and my sleep schedule is still mad at me
I started 'The Bear' season 2 at 8 PM thinking I'd just watch one episode. Next thing I know it's 4 AM and I've eaten three bowls of cereal because I kept getting hungry from all the cooking scenes lol. Has anyone else had a show absolutely wreck their ability to function the next day?

Respectfully, I gotta say I disagree a little. Watching a whole season in one go is a choice, you know? The show didn't wreck your sleep schedule, you did by not stopping yourself. I get it's tempting, I've done it too, but you can't blame the show for your own lack of self-control. Plenty of people watch one episode and go to bed without any issues. It's more about setting limits for yourself than the show being too good. Maybe next time just put the remote down after episode 2 and save the rest for the weekend...

Yeah but I think there's something to be said for how some shows are just structured differently... like the cliffhangers at the end of every episode are basically designed to make you hit "next." Not every show has that same addictive pacing, you know? Some shows I can watch one episode and be perfectly fine going to bed, but others just have that pull where stopping feels almost impossible. It's not all about willpower when the show is literally built around that binge model.
