The wedding toast I gave at the wrong reception in Phoenix

Last October I crashed my cousin's wedding in Phoenix but walked into the ballroom next door by mistake. Both receptions had the same carpet and I didn't check the sign with the names. I raised a glass to 'Sarah and Mike' and the whole room stared at me because it was actually 'Karen and Dave's' party. Now I always text someone a photo of the venue entrance before I go anywhere. Has anyone else mixed up two events that were in the same building?
