Rant: Cheap chain checker gave me wrong reading for 6 months
Been telling customers their chains were fine when they weren't. Last week a guy came back with a snapped chain and a bent derailleur. My $12 checker said 0.5 wear but a proper ruler gauge said 1.0. Anyone else ditched the tool checkers for a simple ruler?
