Finally hit 50 perfect spoke tension readings in a row yesterday

I've been building wheels on and off for about two years and always struggled to get consistent tension across all spokes. Last night I took my time with a new tensiometer and hit 50 straight wheels with readings within 3 percent of each other. Has anyone else had a breakthrough moment where a tool just *clicked* for you?

Oh man, that's such a good feeling. I mean, honestly, I think this happens with all kinds of tools once you finally get the touch for it. It's like that moment with a good torque wrench where you stop cranking by feel and start trusting the click, or when you figure out the exact pressure for a caulking gun so it doesn't just spit everywhere. @aaron708 you're spot on asking about the tensiometer, but for me it's less about the brand and more about just slowing down and not rushing the process. It's weird how a lot of stuff in life is like that, you know? You fight with a thing forever and then one day you just kind of settle into the rhythm and it all falls into place.
