The $3 chess set with a secret I almost missed

Picked up this wooden chess set at a flea market in Knoxville for $3, the pieces were all jumbled in a bag. Turns out the board has a hidden drawer underneath with a full extra set of glass pieces, no joke. I mean, I almost just tossed it in the car without checking, but the bottom felt heavier than it should. Has anyone else found stuff hidden inside thrift store finds that completely changed what you thought you bought?
