Hot take: the $8 hot towel setup beats the $400 steamer I bought 2 years ago

Bought a cheap rice cooker and some small towels last month at the Goodwill on 5th in Austin, and my clients say the heat holds better on the neck. Anybody else think the fancy steamers are mostly hype?
