Did you try switching hands mid-cut to give your main wrist a break? I messed up my shooting elbow bad once and started doing everything lefty for a week - took forever but saved my arm. Maybe alternate with your non-dominant hand for the simple cuts to spread the load around.

Read somewhere that some barbers use grip strength trainers to build endurance, same idea as what @hugo_nelson said about switching hands but more about preventing the pain before it starts. Might be worth looking into if you're planning to keep up that pace.

Omg is your wrist like totally done for? I hit 400 last month and had to ice my whole arm every night just to keep going. It's wild how much that repetitive motion messes you up.
