Dropped $180 on a cordless clipper that dies mid fade every single time

Bought a Wahl Super Taper cordless off a guy at the supply shop on 5th, thing runs about 20 minutes then just quits on me. Lost two clients last Tuesday because I had to finish a skin fade with my backup, and one of them tipped me $5 less than usual. The shop guy said no refunds on open box, so that's $180 gone. Anyone got a cordless that actually holds a charge through a full day of cuts?
