Used my banks app for 4 years before noticing the hidden 'round up' setting

Logged in last Tuesday to pay rent and saw my checking account was $180 lighter than I expected. Scrolled through the transaction history and found a bunch of small transfers to savings, 47 cents here, $2.13 there. Never signed up for that. Must have fat-fingered it when I opened the account back in 2021. My fault, but also why does this even exist as a default? Who actually likes auto-rounding their purchases? Had I noticed sooner, that's $180 I couldve used on groceries. Anyone else find a bank feature they never enabled but somehow turned on?
