Man I feel your pain. I had a similar mess with my bank over a $200 charge that took like two months to sort out. What finally worked for me was calling the main customer service line every single week and asking for the exact same person's name. Got a supervisor involved after the third call and she pushed it through in about a week. Keep at it but don't let it ruin your whole mood. Those 47 days might not feel worth it now but at least you'll know how to handle it faster next time.
