My card got flagged at the Sioux Falls Target last week over a $12 soap purchase
I bought three bars of soap and some toothpaste around 8pm and the register froze, then my bank texted asking if I approved a charge in Sioux Falls. Turns out the card company flagged it because I had just used the same card two hours earlier in Rapid City. Does calling the fraud line actually fix the flag, or do I just have to wait it out?
