Realized last Tuesday I'd been packing brown sugar wrong for 15 years

My hand slipped and the whole bag dumped into my flour canister, so I grabbed a slice of bread to scoop it out and the sugar was still soft a week later, which made me wonder why I'd been wasting a brick in the pantry all this time, and now I'm second-guessing whether my grandma's potato trick was ever needed at all.
