My sister said my cookies looked like they'd been through a flood

She told me to stop using the cheap baking sheets from the dollar store because they warp in the oven and pool the butter. I switched to a set of Nordic Ware half sheets I found on sale for $22, and now my chocolate chip cookies bake evenly instead of spreading into one giant mess. Anyone have a good tip for keeping cookie dough from sticking to the scoop?

Wait, did you spray the new baking sheets with anything before putting the dough on? Even good sheets can stick if they're not prepped right. I just give mine a super light wipe with a paper towel dipped in vegetable oil, way less messy than spray.
