I blew $45 on a fancy silicone bundt pan and my cake still stuck like crazy
Turns out that nonstick claim was total garbage, and I ended up spending an extra hour scraping batter out of every little groove so has anyone found a brand that actually works for detailed pans?

Oh man, that's rough. I mean, I get the frustration but maybe it's not totally the pan's fault. Idk, I've had good luck with Nordic Ware for detailed pans, but you still gotta grease them like crazy with butter and flour or that baking spray with flour in it. Silicone is tricky too, I feel like it needs a different approach than metal pans. Maybe try a good nonstick spray plus a thin dusting of cocoa powder instead of flour next time, it blends in better.

Flip the problem around and try a tactic nobody seems to talk about - @joseph932 is right about prep, but with silicone you gotta let the pan cool completely before you even think about popping the cake out. Like, leave it on the counter for a full 20 minutes after baking, then pop it in the fridge for another 10. The temp change loosens everything up naturally. Also, brush the grooves with melted butter using a small pastry brush instead of spraying - that gets into all the nooks way better than any aerosol can.
