Don't bother with those expensive silicone baking mats from Amazon

I spent $35 on a 3-pack of those fancy silicone baking mats last month thinking they'd save me on parchment paper. After 4 uses they got all stained and started peeling at the edges. My cookies spread way more than on regular parchment too. Total waste of money honestly. Has anyone else had better luck with a specific brand?

Nah, mine came out perfect, so maybe it's a batch issue on your end, @leow90. Could be you left it in the sun too long or got a bad one from the store. Sometimes you just get what you pay for with this stuff.
