Shoutout to the old baking sheet trick for catching coop dust
My girls kick up so much dust in the run. Tried straw, pine shavings, sand. Nothing worked. Then I shoved an old half-sheet pan under their roost. Catches all the droppings and dust. Wipe it out every morning. Took me 3 months to find that fix. Got any weird hacks that actually work?

@mark_cooper I bent my pan edges too, makes a huge difference.

Maybe it's just me but my hack is forgetting I put the baking sheet there and stepping on it in the dark. Almost broke my toes twice. But yeah that trick saved my run from looking like a crime scene every morning. I use an old cookie sheet too but I had to bend the edges up a little so the dust doesn't blow off when my girls do their nightly roost shuffle.
