Dropped $60 on a heated water bowl for my 6 hens and they drink out of a muddy puddle instead
Bought one of those fancy heated bowls at Tractor Supply back in November thinking it would keep my girls happy through the winter. Nope, they peck at it for 30 seconds then go slurp from the gross puddle by the fence that's half frozen anyway. Anyone got a cheap DIY setup that actually works or should I just return the thing?
