Am I the only one whose hens quit laying when the days got short?

We're down in Tucson and my 6 girls slowed way down around Thanksgiving, from 5 eggs a day to maybe 1. I know less daylight does this, but should I add a light in the coop or just ride it out till spring? Worried about messing with their sleep.
