Switched to an induction heater for rusted bolts. Total game changer.

Used to beat on seized bolts with a torch for 20 minutes. Tried an induction heater last week on a stuck caliper bracket bolt. Has anyone else ditched the torch for these things?

Hell yeah man, those induction heaters are no joke. But here's the thing - are you getting the job done fast enough with the cheaper models, or is the price tag on the pro level units actually worth it? I'm looking at one now but can't decide if I need the expensive one or not. What brand did you grab?

@jamie_taylor, did you look at how many amps the cheaper ones pull compared to the pro level? That's usually where the real speed difference hides.
