Found out my paint booth filter change was overdue by 40%
We track booth airflow with a cheap manometer I hung near the intake. Last Tuesday I actually charted the numbers for a month and realized static pressure had crept up 40% past the spec in the manual. Swapped the filters and the flash time on clear dropped by 6 minutes per car. I never bothered to log readings before, just went by smell and looks. Anyone else run regular pressure logs or do you just go by schedule?

Man, logging that pressure daily would've caught it way sooner than a month of guessing.
