DAE pick between a big yard in Marietta vs a small one in Decatur and regret it?
We looked at two places back in March, a half acre in Marietta near the Loop and a tiny 0.15 acre lot in Decatur. I picked the Decatur one because of the walkability and now I'm paying $180 a month for a lawn guy to mow basically nothing. My neighbor in Marietta spends that same money on a riding mower payment and actually uses his land. Anyone else wish they'd gone bigger on the lot?
