A white balance change that helped my space pictures

I stopped letting the camera choose white balance automatically. Now I pick 4000K before shooting, and my photos need less editing. What setting works for you?

Wow, 4500K worked great for my shots too.

4500K can actually look too warm and yellow in a lot of indoor settings. It doesn't really match the neutral light from a window, so your colors end up looking off. That slight warmth just makes everything feel a bit dated.

Try 5000K for a more neutral daylight look.
