Remember when asking for directions meant talking to a stranger?
Last week I watched a guy in Pittsburgh walk in circles for 10 minutes because his phone died, didn't even think to ask the guy at the bus stop. Three years ago I'd ask a gas station clerk without a second thought, now it feels like a lost art.
