Finally hit 10,000 steps for 30 days straight and it wasn't the weight loss that got me

I started walking in March just to get out of the house. Hit 10k steps the first day and figured I'd see how long I could keep it up. What surprised me was Day 25 when I realized my resting heart rate dropped from 78 to 64 without me even trying. My doctor noticed at my checkup last week and asked what changed. Has anyone else noticed health numbers shifting from something that simple?

Yeah, I used to roll my eyes at people who said walking was legit exercise.

Totally agree, walking is way more legit than people give it credit for.
