Was I the only one confused about moving to Concord vs Manchester?

Yeah the whole moving thing was confusing at first for me too. They kept saying "relocating to Concord" but then talking about Manchester in the same breath. I get that they're trying to keep options open but it just makes it harder to figure out where to even look for apartments. Like are we supposed to look in both cities or what
