Remember when the Hooksett toll plaza was actually staffed?

I was driving through last week and it hit me how those old booths are just sitting empty now, not even a coffee cup left behind. Makes me wonder if anyone else misses the little things like seeing the same toll collector wave every morning on your commute.

I read they're talking about turning them into EV charging stations or something...

Yeah I live near one of those old gas stations that got converted into a charging hub. It's actually pretty great, six fast chargers in a spot that was just sitting empty for like two years. Way better use of the space.
