Moving to Concord next month, trying to pick between an apartment near downtown or a place 20 min out in Bow
My wife and I are relocating for her job at the hospital and we've got two real options: a 2 bed downtown for $1,850 or a bigger place in Bow for $1,600. Anyone live in either spot and can tell me if the downtown walkability is worth the extra cash, or if I'll regret not having a driveway in February?
