Call your town assessor and ask for a review like I did @uma_webb28.

Honestly that is insane. Our taxes went up almost the same amount and we barely got any new services or anything for it. Ngl it really stings when you see that bill come in the mail.

No kidding, opening that bill feels like getting punched in the gut and then charged for the privilege. Our town added a new speed bump on Maple Street and called it a day, real bang for our buck. Ever think about joining the town budget meetings just to ask where the cash went?
