That freak windstorm in Fort Collins took down 14 of our clients' elms in one day

I mean, last Tuesday we had a full crew booked for routine pruning and instead spent 11 hours on emergency removals after that sudden microburst hit the north side. One of those elms crushed a parked Subaru and bent a fence on Mulberry Street, and the homeowner was crying while we worked. How do you guys prep for surprise weather events, or is it just chaos mode like it was for us?
