Spent $340 on a used chipper knife grinder and it paid for itself in 3 jobs

I run a small tree service out of Asheville and I was paying a guy 45 minutes away $60 a blade to sharpen chipper knives. Bought a used bench style grinder off a retired guy in Greenville for $340, figuring I would mess up a set and learn the hard way. First blade I ground came out a little off and I could feel it in the cut, so I watched a couple videos and slowed my feed way down. By the third set I had it dialed and now I knock out all 4 knives in about an hour on a Sunday. Anybody else grinding their own, what angle are you holding on green or dead wood?
