DAE catch themselves sizing up a client's yard the second they pull in, before even knocking?
Lady in Bend asked me to just trim a few branches off her maple last Thursday, and I caught myself counting three dead limbs over the driveway before I even got out of the truck. She only wanted the one over the porch, but I ended up walking the whole drip line with her anyway. Do you all quote what they ask for or what you see?
