Old timer proved me wrong about thermal fuses on dryers
I always skipped checking the thermal fuse on dryer no heat calls because I figured it was a waste of time. But a guy named Joe from the supply house in Akron told me to check it first every time. Last week I spent 45 minutes chasing a bad thermostat on a Whirlpool only to find a blown thermal fuse for $8. Has anyone else had a simple fix like that bite them?
